Refund & Returns Policy

Vintage & Physical Items Each vintage piece is one-of-a-kind and sold as-is. We describe condition honestly and photograph items carefully. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with you on a store credit or exchange — no questions asked for transit damage.

All vintage sales are otherwise final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, as each item leaves our hands only once.

Digital Downloads All digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and are non-refundable. Because files are accessible immediately after payment, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges on digital items. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing — if you have questions, reach out before you buy.
