Every treasure hunter starts somewhere. Ideally not by panic-buying a box of mystery cords.

This checklist gets you into a garage sale, estate sale, or flea market with a plan, and out with finds worth flipping. Print it, stick it in your car, and stop guessing.

What's inside (4 pages, instant PDF download)

The night-before checklist for planning your route and budget
The sale-day go-bag: everything worth packing (and emptying the car first)
Your scan order for working a sale like a pro
The 10-second “worth it?” check
Haggling lines that actually work
A rule-of-thirds pricing cheat sheet so you know your max price on the spot
The skip list: what to leave on the table

Download. Print. Bring it. (The mystery cords are still your call.)

Who it's for: new resellers, thrift lovers, and anyone who “just stopped to look.”

Digital download. Nothing ships. You'll get your PDF right after checkout. For personal use only.

Hi, I'm Stephanie. That's Gary.

In May 2026 I accidentally bought three storage units. Gary said no. Gary was wrong. Now we dig through estate sales, thrift stores and storage units so you get the good stuff — plus a few partner finds we'd actually buy ourselves.
